Absolutely! Extend your celebration by retreating to our exclusive honeymoon pool villas in Kamala, Phuket. A minimum booking of 3 paying room nights is required for wedding couples, allowing you to fully immerse in your celebration and honeymoon. 4. What are the booking terms and payment conditions?

To secure your Phuket wedding date, 50% of the total estimated cost is required upon confirmation, or at least 6 months prior to the wedding date. The estimated balance payment is due 60 days prior to the wedding date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 61-90 days prior to the wedding date, 25% of full payment is retained; 41-60 days prior, 50% of full payment is retained; 40 days prior to wedding date, 100% of full payment is retained. A minimum booking of 3 paying room nights is required for wedding couples.

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for your wedding in Phuket, particularly during peak season (November through April), to allow time for detailed planning, guest travel coordination, and legal documentation if required. This timeline ensures our wedding team can create your perfect ceremony—whether traditional Thai adorned with floral garlands and blessed by Buddhist monks, or western ceremonies personalized with your chosen readings and rituals.

5. What are the policies regarding outside vendors and setup?

The resort requests that no outside food of any kind be brought in by guests without prior notification, as outside vendors are subject to service and labour charges as deemed necessary by the resort. The resort takes security procedures very seriously and requests advance notice of any outside suppliers, contractors, or entertainment, as they must be approved by the resort and will incur a THB 10,000++ fee per outside vendor entering the resort. Any setup, decoration, or display should be discussed in advance to ensure it complements the resort style in terms of colour, material, and type of equipment.
