Paresa’s signature restaurant offers diners something special, with breathtaking views from its clifftop setting and great food to accompany. Our Thai and International chefs create simple and wholesome cuisine, focusing on the quality of the ingredients sustainably sourced through trusted local farmers, fishermen, and producers of fine ingredients. Chef Franko, our Korean/Australian Executive Chef, then adds his touch with a sophisticated and distinctive cooking style learnt whilst training in France. Talung Thai’s cuisine and chefs were awarded a Michelin Plate in 2019 and 2020 for their results. We have merged Diavalo and Talung Thai into one area offering open terrace and inside seating.
Please note that during the current situation, we have reduced our menu slightly though still offering a balanced range of Thai and International dishes. Our new menu has been inspired from our owner’s personal favourites whilst she has been in house the last few months. Simple and healthy food made well and using the top produce is our new normal. However, if you would like to order anything off the menu, please do let us know one day ahead, and we will arrange this for you. Any type of seafoods, meats, etc are all available.
The restaurant is open all day for drinks, Happy Hours, lunch, and dinner for our in-house as well as outside guests.
