Paresa’s signature restaurant offers diners something special, with breathtaking views from its clifftop setting and great food to accompany. Our Thai and International chefs create simple and wholesome cuisine, focusing on the quality of the ingredients sustainably sourced through trusted local farmers, fishermen, and producers of fine ingredients. Chef Franko, our Korean/Australian Executive Chef, then adds his touch with a sophisticated and distinctive cooking style learnt whilst training in France. Talung Thai’s cuisine and chefs were awarded a Michelin Plate in 2019 and 2020 for their results.
From 22 June 2021, our restaurant is open for lunch & dinner.
Due to the current health situation, we are limiting the amount of bookings per sitting and thus bookings are essential for confirmation. We are also following the current requirements and guests may be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test and log into the MorChana app.
